At Let’s C Botanics, we prioritize hygiene and safety above all else. Due to the nature of our products (personal inhalation devices), we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety of our customers.
1. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on opened or used devices.
We only accept returns for items that are:
- Unopened (original shrink wrap/seal intact).
- Unused.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
We stand behind the quality of our “The ONE” devices. If you receive a defective item (e.g., does not work out of the box, leakage, or damaged in transit), please contact us immediately.
- Reporting Window: You must report defective items within 7 days of receipt.
- Process: Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo or video of the issue.
- Resolution: We will send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the defective unit in most cases.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (for unopened items), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
- For Defective Items: We cover the shipping costs (or simply send a replacement).
- For Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed by our warehouse. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot cancel the order.
