Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or new product launches), processing may take an additional 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Let’s C Botanics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Discreet Packaging
We understand your need for privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label will list the sender as “LCB Logistics” or similar, without referencing the specific contents.
Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Express orders. We strictly adhere to age verification laws and do not ship to individuals under the legal age in their respective jurisdiction.
